Evening and Weekend Programs adjunct faculty teaching non-credit/continuing education courses will generally be required to hold the following credentials: At least a master’s degree in the teaching discipline or a master’s degree with concentration (minimum of 18 credit hours) in the teaching discipline or a closely related field plus the level and extent of teaching experience determined by the Dean.* A minimum of an associate degree for instructors teaching courses in certificate programs. Faculty teaching courses that are not part of a certificate program (e.g., personal enrichment courses) and for which no formal program of study is generally available must meet the requirements defined by the Department Dean and must provide evidence that they have mastered the skills and abilities required to teach the course. Current Evening and Weekend Instructor Needs Humanities, Languages and Social Sciences Graduate School USA seeks multiple instructors in Washington, DC to deliver evening and weekend classroom courses in the following subject matter areas. Qualified instructors must have substantive experience in the subject matter covered by the courses in these subject matter areas.
