The Office of Human Capital provides the human capital (a.k.a., human resources) services, policies and processes for the CFPB. Key functions include Policies, Benefits, Recruiting and Hiring, Talent Management (including Performance Management and our New Hire Welcome & Onboarding), Employee Engagement, Employee Communications, and CFPB Culture.
This position is located in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Operations Division, Office of Human (OHC). OHC serves as a strategic partner with CFPB Directorates and Offices, providing seamless support and guidance in all human capital operational, planning and development activities. You would manage the formulation, development and execution of the OHC’s non-pay operating plan, elements of personnel-related expenses and budgets for the Bureau at large, and the general management of OHC’s resources. You would support OHC systems and operations initiatives through a variety of analytical, consultative and program management activities and provide guidance, support and oversight for human capital acquisition efforts, program resource forecasting, tracking and communication; including program justifications, funding requests, and budget tracking and execution.
