This presentation covers how LG Telecom used Oracle Multi-Entity MDM (Product Hub and Customer Hub) to support their Next Generation Billing Systems. LG Telecom was able to synchronized customer & product data across their extended enterprise. The presentation also includes the RAC based architecture for scalability and high availability of the master data.
