But the company followed an assortment of country specific spreadsheet based Human Resources system with no global visibility of workforce for senior managers; an inconsistent recruitment cycle and poor reward and recognition programs for the employees. In order to standardize its Human Resource systems to support its global business, Wipro helped deploy Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resource Release 12 in 19 countries to manage 31 payrolls for the company’s branches and subsidiaries. This helped in standardizing the HR in line with employee investment policy of the company. This smooth HR implementation also built the solid foundation for future deployment of Oracle E-Business suite applications in new acquisitions.
