Minnesota Management & Budget Upgrade is a Public Sector company which serves as an Human Resource agency for the state’s 50,000 employees. The challenge lay in upgrading the state HR system to support a high volume HR system-an average of 20,000 log-ins per day and processing 50,000 public employee paychecks every two weeks. Despite the complexities inherent in the state’s existing infrastructure, Oracle partner Wipro-Infocrossing helped the State of Minnesota upgrade to PeopleSoft 9.0 HR applications with improved security features. This improved the company’s ability to regulate the information of non-employees and oversee new compliance requirement for employee management. The upgrade also ensured that any future plans to implement PeopleSoft module for integration will be supported.
