As a Senior Program Analyst, you will serve as the subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion programs across the bureau – collaborating with key stakeholders as needed. You’ll directly impact our mission by guiding CPFB policies and resources through the ongoing advice and counsel to the Director and senior management on strategies for both the CFPB and regulated entities including procurement, recruitment and retention. You will analyze various reports and workforce planning data to identify and eliminate inclusion barriers. You will develop action plans to address gaps in areas such as hiring, promotion, and workplace environment. Additionally, you will keep abreast of private and public industry best practices, cultivate relationships with strategic external partners, and communicate openly with the public. And – you’ll do all of this while working within one of the most ground-breaking bureaus in Federal government.
