In this role, you will be responsible for retaining existing members, as well as acquiring new members through account servicing, developing personalized banking relationships and offering superior member service and products. Specific responsibilities include: •Assisting members with account inquires and transactions, and researching and resolving issues with all account types as requested by members •Proactively promoting credit union products and services by capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities provided by routine daily transactions •Generating leads and scheduling members to meet with an Account Management Professional to establish new accounts or loans •Educating members regarding multiple delivery channels (such as online banking) and promoting their use for member convenience •Providing services such as access to statements, notary services, member account number cards, wire transfers, direct deposit, check orders, ATM cards, and account closings
