Job Description: This position is responsible for the design, layout, development, quality assurance and launch of websites, emails and other digital initiatives while working closely with creative, marketers and project managers to ensure that digital experiences meet their objectives and aligns with brand standards. This position reports to the Art Director and is located within the Corporate Offices of Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, The Hershey Press Building located at 27 West Chocolate Avenue, Hershey PA. Job Functions: Design, develop, and launch branded web experiences. Collaborate with team members to create visual content to ensure the digital experience meets objectives and align with brand standards. Prepare and edit content for various web-related projects. Maintain and debug live sites as needed. Understand and design wireframes. Conduct quality assurance and testing throughout the creative process. Translate business objectives into purposeful design. Basic Qualifications: 18 years of age or older Minimum of 3 years of related experience in web design. Bachelor’s degree – Digital Design Development Relevant work experience can be substituted for education – 5 years Must have a valid Drivers' License Additional Qualifications: Supervisory experience preferred Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Experience in web design and understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive design Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms Strong understanding of UI trends and design methodology Ability to design for diverse audiences and target markets Able to successfully navigate changing deadlines Eye for detail and a developed aesthetics Highly self-motivated and organized Must embody Hershey Entertainment & Resorts core values: Devoted to the Legacy, Selfless Sprit of Service, Team Focused, Respectful of Others Physical Demands & Working Conditions: The work schedule for this position includes normal business hours between the hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday.
