Job Description: The Employee Services Coordinator will complete data entry, reporting and document management of all employee records for the Human Resources function for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. This position reports to the Director of Employee Services and is located at the Employee Resource Center, located at 75 East Derry Road in Hershey Job Functions: Complete all aspects of data entry for all employees including new hires, rehires, transfers, and status changes. Preparation of employment reports. Lead employment processing for all International employees. Support the employee onboarding process to include preparing for Company Orientation, conducting the employment paperwork portion of Company Orientation, and coding completed paperwork and I9’s Maintain employee files through the document management system. Monitor and approve employee changes via our Self Service employee portal through Manager Direct Access Support our New Hire Validation process through Company Orientation. Assist in supporting the Employee Services team with various annual projects Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Minimum of 1 year of related experience, preferably in Human Resources Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Customer Service environment Minimum of 1 year of experience working with an HRIS system and an Applicant Tracking System Associate’s degree or a total of three (3) years of experience working in a business environment is required Additional Qualifications: Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word. Must have excellent organizational skills Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain a high degree of accuracy Must embody HE&R Core Values (Devoted to the Legacy, Selfless Spirit of Service, Team Focused, Respectful of Others) Physical Demands & Working Conditions: The schedule for this position would be primarily Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Weekend and evening hours will be required during our hiring season for company orientations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to: Sit Frequently (34-66%) Walk Occasionally (<33%) This job requires the visual ability to perform detailed work at close distances (computer screens, accounting ledgers, using measurement devices). This job regularly requires verbal communication of detailed information to others either by phone or in person. Must be able to speak and read the English language. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (Repetitive motion). The position is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside.
