Ecommerce Data Specialist. Job Description: The Ecommerce Data Specialist will report directly to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for creating and maintaining product listings to be viewed and sold online through various internet based market places (ex. – eBay, Amazon, etc.). This position offers the opportunity for future growth and long-term industry expansion with the company. Job Duties: Overseeing the data entry of all company listings online. Maintain online sales and customer inquiries including billing, transactions, and processing returns & credits. Regular review of listings for the purpose of verifying correct price and product descriptions. Job Requirements: Must possess strong computer and data entry skills, i.e. – Excel and building spreadsheets. A strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of the position with the intent to grow long-term with the company. Those with prior data coding or online forum building experience is a plus. Must demonstrate strong communication skills and team participation. High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
