Qualifications:Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word and Excel, Accounting/Account Reconciliation Experience is required. Mortgage Origination Experience preferred. Job Description: Responsible for the yearly escrow analysis of approximately 1000 mortgage accounts using established software platform. This will include the review of disbursements, payment adjustment and communication with homeowner. Will also include working with outside companies/organizations on unreconciled or questionable charges. This position will need to meet with some homeowners to educate on the status of their escrow review. This position will also reconcile all mortgage payments and disbursements monthly to the company general ledger account. Job Duties:Prepares and communicates yearly escrow analysis for all homeowners, Reviews monthly mortgage payment and disbursement entries for accuracy, Reconciles monthly payment and escrow accounts, Reconciles Peachtree with Keystone homeowner accounts, Maintains, reports and posts annual property tax information, Coordinate all activities for new loan closings. Orders appraisals, schedules walk-thrus, document review and schedules the homeowner closing with the title agent.
