Development and Outreach Coordinator: Pay depends upon experience- $29,000 - $35,000- Full, Part Time or temporary is an option. This is a new and diverse role which will provide support at a time of exciting growth for the charity. This position is responsible for organization sustainability through project and relationship management; branding, marketing, and media; and fundraising and resource development activities. This position leads the planning, management and implementation of third-party fundraising efforts for this Non-Profit Organization and other fundraisers as assigned. Needs to be able to: Understands and incorporates the Organization's mission, goals and brand in all outreach. Establish and maintain strong media relationships. Oversee PSA creation, distribution, and evaluation. Oversee electronic media. Understands the current needs of organization's programs and seeks to meet those needs by securing resources. Identify future funding needs and engage in a strategic plan to meet those needs. Preferred Qualifications: Must have strong business writing skills and presentation skills. Must be able to ask people/organizations for money. Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Communications, or other related degree field and leadership experience. Have an understanding of nonprofit business. Must have valid driver’s license and be bondable and pass credit review. Ability to manage multiple projects. Salary commensurate with experience.
