This is a MN.IT@DHS vacancy, supporting the business operations and customers at the Department of Human Services. The purpose of this position is to provide high-level technical support to DHS staff by supporting DHS's converged IP network, as well as legacy systems. The incumbent will process telephony requests according to current procedures. S/He will be the a Telecom lead for ICM and IP IVR related projects as well as other telephony related work. This position will document process and procedures for all Telecommunications related applications on the converged IP Network. Limited travel required.
