MN.IT Services, the State's central IT organization, is seeking qualified student workers to perform a variety of work in support of protecting the State's information assets. The incumbent will assist executive branch agencies with the implementation of current security tools, and the development and deployment of security reports. This opportunity offers a student the valuable experience of working across State agencies in the evolving field of information security. EDUCATION:
To be considered for this position, you must be enrolled in a 4 year degree program specializing in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related field. The State requires student workers to be actively enrolled or intending to be enrolled within three months - and must carry at least six semester credits if at a credit-granting institution. Graduate students must be enrolled in at least two courses or making progress on a dissertation. These requirements will be verified prior to employment.
Salary: $12.21-$ 14.28 hourly
