The Office of Human Capital provides the human capital (a.k.a., human resources) services, policies and processes for the CFPB. Key functions include Policies, Benefits, Recruiting and Hiring, Talent Management (including Performance Management and our New Hire Welcome & Onboarding), Employee Engagement, Employee Communications, and CFPB Culture.
This position is located in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Chief Human Capital Office (CHCO). You will be responsible for the design and development of performance based learning systems throughout the CFPB, ensuring that the on-the-job training and development program incorporates best practices in learning and development.
