Case Study: Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS) needed a comprehensive and integrated human resources management system (HRMS) that would enable greater efficiency and productivity across the human resources (HR) function. Expanded self-service functionality, which would enable employees and managers to complete HR functions online and at their convenience while freeing administrative staff to perform other duties, was an important consideration.
