This session focuses on the results and impact to Gist's business and its global workforce after it moved its core HR services onto SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central from SAP on-premise software. While providing the background on Gist and its SAP SuccessFactors project, we concentrate on what went well and the real savings made through systemization and automation, the ability to respond to business changes quicker than ever before, and the continued strengthening of Gist’s people focus. We examine what went much better than expected and how that has helped Gist’s business and the business case for further expanding its SAP SuccessFactors framework. And we look at what didn't go as well as hoped and how Gist is reshaping parts of the solution to address this. We also explore the lessons Gist had to learn fast following the go-live and the immediate actions it took to protect the business and its people, and how it is being mindful of these lessons in its future plans.
